On the pocket watch front it engraves a big red hammer-and-sickle communist party emblem, around which inlaid glistening Swarovski crystals. Right below engraves 1921.7.1-2011.7.1. Right above engraves “中国共产党建党九十周年纪念Commemorate the 90th anniversary of Chinese Communist Party.”
On the back there is a small see-thru window for you to take a limited peek at the mechanical movement. Right above engraves “中国产生了共产党这是开天辟地的大事变It is an epoch-making event that China produced the Communist Party” by Chairman Mao in his calligraphy. Right below engraves a house in Shanghai and a boat in Jiaxing where the Chinese Communist Party held its 1st National Congress in July 23 – 31, 1921. The meeting started in the Shanghai house, then was forced to move to a boat in Jiaxing due to police arrest. Underneath the boat prints 1921.7.1
Open the watch, right in the middle there is a big red flag fluttering in the wind. At 6 o’clock position is a big Arabic number “90” and prints “中国共产党建党九十周年纪念Commemorate the 90th anniversary of Chinese Communist Party”in black. Gold face with hour scale marked by Swarovski crystals.
The collection card is a metal (It feels like a piece of metal) card in gold color. On the front it prints “我们的党是一个伟大的党，光荣的党，正确的党Our party is a great party, a glorious party, a correct party” by Chairman Mao in his calligraphy. Big red Arabic 90 with the communist emblem in the middle, below which prints “中国共产党建党九十周年纪念表 珍藏卡 The collection card, commemorative watch, the 90th anniversary of Chinese Communist Party.” The Serial number out of 2011 is printed at the bottom.
