60th Anniversary China Army Parade 2009 Designer Watch
Here is the 60th anniversary National Day commemorative China army watch for those who are collectors, military fans, or anyone who is interested in oriental history and culture. l Movement: highly-precise quartz movement keeps extremely accurate timing (on June 4 noon, 2010, I randomly selected a 60th anniversary watch to test its accuracy. The watch’s second hand was 18 seconds faster than my computer’s MS internet time just updated then. One month later I updated my computer’s MS internet time on July 4 noon, 2010, and found this watch’s second hand was 20 seconds faster than the corresponding internet clock’s second hand. It’s only 2 seconds time-keeping discrepancy in 30 days! Tested under the condition of a coastal city at ocean level, with average temperature 20-30 Celsius or 68-86 Fahrenheit).

l Dial: Swarovski crystal hourly markings. At 12-hour position, Five-stars over Tiananmen Square, 1949-2009, symbolizes the New China’s birth date on 1 October, 1949 and today’s 60th anniversary date. At 6-hour position, big and silver 60 Arabic number, 二00九年十月一日北京(1 October, 2009, Beijing), indicates the date and place where the 60th anniversary military parade took place.
l Band: adjustable stainless steel band approximately 165mm(6.5inches) in length with an August 1st (八一) army emblem (the People’s Liberation Army was founded on August 1st, 1927) and a compass. It is recommended to have the watch’s band professionally adjusted at jewelry store or watch repair shop if you want to adjust the band.
l Calendar: numerical date of month, and day of week display with optional English or Chinese (Mon星期一 Tue星期二 Wed星期三 Thu星期四 Fri星期五 Sat星期六 Sun星期日) depending on your preferred setting.
l Waterproof to 3ATM (however, not designed for diving and swimming), shockproof and anti-magnetic
